Belgium, c.1970s.

Boch Frères (Keramis) of La Louvière is one of Belgium's major potteries; this comes from its decorative mid-century production rather than the collectible Art Deco Catteau line. The faux-bamboo relief and warm mustard glaze are very much of their moment and sit well in current interiors. Marked to the base. It works as a catch-all or decorative tray, or as a serving and display piece on a table, console or sideboard.

Origin: Belgium (La Louvière)
Sourced in: Piedmont
Era: c.1970s
Maker: Boch Frères, Belgium (marked; a script series name sits above the maker's line)
Materials: Glazed ceramic
Dimensions: 32 × 25 × 3 cm (L × W × H)
Attribution: Marked BOCH FRÈRES BELGIUM to the base
Condition: Good vintage condition, commensurate with age.
