Shipping
Our team aims to dispatch small items within seven days of purchase. If there are any delays, we will reach out to you. All shipments will be handled by a registered courier, and you will receive a tracking number for your order.
For the Melbourne metro area we can organise a local delivery at a time that suits you. If you would like to do this, please chose that option when checking out. You can also contact us at info@buson.com.au to find out more.
For larger items, we offer courier services within Australia. Please contact us for a quote on these pieces. Note that delivery of furniture or larger items may take 2 to 3 weeks.
If your order does not arrive within 28 days of purchase, please notify us.
Returns
We hope you love your purchase! However, if you need to return an item, we offer a 10-day return policy from the date of receipt. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to return your order. We will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) provided the item is returned in its original condition within 10 days.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. We cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
