Shipping policy

Our team aims to dispatch small items within three days of purchase. If there are any delays, we will reach out to you. All shipments will be handled by Australia Post, and you will receive a tracking number for your order.

For the Melbourne metro area we can organise a local delivery at a time that suits you. If you would like to do this, please chose that option when checking out. You can also contact us at info@buson.com.au to find out more.

For larger items, we offer courier services within Australia. Please contact us for a quote on these pieces. Note that delivery of furniture or larger items may take 1 to 4 weeks.

If your order does not arrive within 28 days of purchase, please notify us.
