A modernist black and clear Murano glass centrepiece, made on the island of Murano, Venice, and dating to the 1970s. The piece is formed in two halves — one in dense black glass, the other clear — meeting in a single sculptural sweep, a hallmark of the period's Italian studio glasswork.

It retains its original Murano label. 

Equally suited to use as a serving dish or displayed as a standalone object.
