Florence, 1950s

A glazed ceramic bowl made in Florence in the 1950s. The rounded body, 24cm across, narrows to a 12cm opening, so it sits somewhere between a bowl and a vessel.

A modest, well-made piece for a shelf or a kitchen dresser.
