The Matching Jug

A ceramic jug in a saturated red glaze, made in the 1970s and attributed to Bertoncello of Schiavon in the Veneto.

It is the companion to the red Bertoncello pot, also in the shop. Together they make a pair; on its own it brings colour to a shelf or a table.
