The Fazzoletto, in Miniature

A small Murano handkerchief vase in filigree technique, blue and white canes worked through clear glass, the rim caught mid-fold in the classic fazzoletto form created by Bianconi and Venini around 1949. At 10cm this is the form at its most charming scale — and a natural companion to the larger fazzoletto centrepiece in the collection.
