A mid-century Italian armchair in bamboo, curved rattan and hand-woven wicker, in the French Riviera manner associated with Franco Albini. The rounded backrest is formed of thin curved rattan canes in a peacock-inspired fan, with flowing bamboo armrests and woven wicker detailing, all in a warm honey patina. Light yet sturdy, hand-made, and highly decorative — a sculptural occasional chair for a living room, bedroom or sunroom.

Measures 57 cm wide, 62 cm deep and 92 cm high, with a 41 cm seat height. 

Condition: Good vintage condition. Warm honey-tone patina and light wear consistent with age; frame sound.
