The Baby of the Pair

A 1970s Murano mushroom lamp in the baby 17cm size, hand-blown with the white swirl pattern worked in during the blow, so each example is genuinely one of a kind. The dimmer switch is original and functional, and the base carries a honey-toned patina; the minor irregularities in the glass are the signature of mouth-blown work. Sourced in Milan. Sits happily on a bedside, windowsill or shelf — and pairs well with our large 28cm example.
