Red White and Transparent Glass Bottle Vase in the style of Gio Ponti, Italy, 1970s
Colour Blocking in Glass
A Murano blown-glass bottle vase from the 1970s, worked in red, white and transparent canes in the style of Gio Ponti's modernist bottles for Venini — clean vertical lines and bold colour blocking, the graphic end of Venetian glass. The bottle form is as architectural as the palette, and it holds a shelf on silhouette alone. Good condition throughout.
