Substantial Venetian Glass

A large vintage Murano glass globe pendant, 45cm in diameter, in white glass with an all-over swirl, hung from its white suspension. The swirl gives the surface movement in daylight and a soft, even diffusion when lit — the globe reads as an object by day and a light by night. A substantial piece of Venetian glass at a scale that suits a stairwell, entrance or dining table.
