The Brutalist Bloom
A hand-forged iron candlestick in a rat-de-cave form with a spring candle-grip and a dark, even patina. The foot is worked as a ring of pointed petals, and from its centre a coiled spring rises to hold the candle — adjusting to the taper and easing the stub upward as it burns. A small petal-edged drip pan sits at the top of the spring, and a tall scrolled handle sweeps up to one side, its ends turned into tight volutes for carrying by hand.
